Here, let's take a look at ETON's current main models:
1. High-speed SMT machine HT-X7 series, suitable for one-time mounting of 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2-meter LED hard light boards, and 0.5 and 1-meter LED soft light strips. The actual production capacity can reach 100,000 to 120,000 points per hour, representing a significant breakthrough in speed for ETON.
2. HT-XF is Shenzhen ETON's latest high-output SMT machine, which can also be considered an upgraded version of the high-speed SMT machine HT-X7. The range of mounting components is the same as HT-X7, capable of mounting LED strips, 301, 3020, 3528, 5050, etc. The PCB board size is a maximum of 300mm*1200mm and a minimum of 60mm*300mm. However, the most significant difference between HT-XF and HT-X7 lies in speed. Although the production capacity of HT-X7 is already considered the fastest globally, HT-XF further enhances this, achieving a production capacity of 150,000~170,000 CPH, exceeding HT-X7 by 30,000~50,000 points per hour.
3. HT-E4 50-meter wire board one-time mounting SMT machine, accommodating 68 feeders, capable of mounting 250mm*any length wire boards. It uses a group picking and group placement, and group picking and separate placement mounting method. It is equipped with 9 imported cameras, using visual alignment + MARK correction to ensure mounting accuracy within ±0.02mm.
4. HT-E8 series multi-functional high-speed SMT machine. The HT-E8 SMT machine has two main types: HT-E8-1200 and HT-E8-600. Both are dual-system, dual-module multi-functional SMT machines, capable of non-stop material changing, automatic optimization of coordinate generation after generation, and simultaneous production of two products. They can also meet the mounting requirements of LED strips, capacitors, resistors, ICs, and irregular components.
5. HT-E6 series SMT machine. The HT-E6 SMT machine mainly includes two models: HT-E6-1200 and HT-E6-600. The HT-E6 series SMT machine is basically the same as the HT-E8 multi-functional SMT machine, except that HT-E6 is a single-module multi-functional SMT machine.
