● Utilizes world-leading microcirculation technology, dividing the entire furnace chamber into independent zones. The PCB heating temperature curve is highly precise, making it ideal for soldering components with narrow process windows in lead-free applications.

● Independently controlled upper and lower turbocharged heating modules with separate hot air circulation, allowing for dual or triple soldering zones.

● Modular design of each temperature zone, featuring high-temperature-resistant long-shaft hot air motors and high-energy nickel-chromium heating wires. It reaches a stable temperature from room temperature in less than 20 minutes.

● Equipped with a 316# stainless steel mesh belt with stepless speed adjustment for smooth transportation.

● UPS power failure protection ensures that in the event of a sudden power outage, the PCB can be output normally without damage.

● The control system uses Megmeet PLC, with a high-quality computer as the host, running Windows 10 with a 19.5-inch LCD display, ensuring stability and reliability.

● The control software is powerful, offering flexible process parameter control and temperature curve testing. The interface supports seamless switching between Chinese and English.

● Uses WOGO terminal blocks, with all electrical components sourced from international brands. All signal wires are shielded to prevent interference.

● The temperature module is self-tuning, with automatic cold-end compensation, maintaining temperature control within ±1°C.

5. Cooling and Convenient Flux Recovery System

● The forced cooling system consists of a two-stage forced air cooling zone, meeting lead-free soldering process requirements. The cooling curve is smooth without sudden changes, achieving full heat exchange with a maximum cooling rate of -5°C/s.

● The flux collection system helps maintain a clean furnace chamber over the long term, making exhaust emissions more environmentally friendly.
