Eton uses its own patented group pick and place/group pick and separate placement technology in its SMT methods. It can freely adjust the spacing of the nozzles according to different products. The feeding system uses an electronic feeder structure and its control system, both independently developed by Eton. The HT-X7 is a dual-module SMT machine with two modules performing alternating placement. The minimum spacing between adjacent nozzles is 16mm, and it can be freely adjusted above 16mm. When the panel spacing is less than 16mm, the nozzle spacing can be adjusted by skipping one or more solder pads for alternating placement. The actual production capacity exceeds 120,000 points/CPH.
