The four-day Guangya Exhibition has come to a successful conclusion. The three SMT machines exhibited by E-TONG caused a sensation at the exhibition and received widespread praise from all sectors of society.

The four-day Guangya Exhibition has come to a successful conclusion. The three pick-and-place machines exhibited by ETON caused a sensation at the exhibition and received widespread praise from all sectors of society.

Exhibited Models

At this exhibition, ETON showcased its newly launched Honor series YT20S and YT20DS high-speed general-purpose integrated pick-and-place machines and the exquisite T9-2S series.

Both the YT20S and YT20DS pick-and-place machines are dual-track, dual-arm models. Their X, Y, and Z axes all use high-end magnetic levitation motors. Innovatively, the Y-axis uses a dual-drive gantry structure for more stable operation;
Meanwhile, the Z-axis uses an independent angle control system, which can independently control the angle of each nozzle to ensure precise component placement;
In response to the national call for green energy saving and to save production costs for customers, it uses a single-phase 220V power supply with a power consumption as low as 1.5KW;
The recognition system uses a self-developed high-speed precision flying recognition camera + a fixed large-size recognition camera (optional), with a component mounting range of 0201~40*40mm;
An optional feeder trolley is available for more convenient material switching; equipped with ETON's self-developed intelligent dual-head feeder, the YT20S can handle up to 64 types of materials, and the YT20DS up to 128, flexibly supporting various production sites.
